Account & Data Deletion
Since our platform uses email-based accounts, you can request the permanent deletion of your user account or specific data at any time.
How to request deletion:
Send an email from your registered address to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Full Account Deletion: Requests complete removal of your user profile, login credentials, and all linked cloud history.
Specific Data Deletion: If you only want certain activity logs or learning history removed without closing your whole account, specify the exact data you want cleared in your email.
Once verified, requested data is purged within 7 business days (except where financial or tax record retention is legally required).
